It effortlessly hosts groups of 25 people with 12 private bedrooms and 19 total beds (9 kings 7 queens 3 fulls). Amenities include a sleek pool + deck, yoga studio/gym, 4.7k sq ft entertainment ballroom/disco night club with full length bar, 3 kitchens, elevator, sauna, huge dining area, mini golf, basketball court, pickle ball and more!

Very centrally located, this property is minutes from Calle Ocho, a brief 10-15 min drive to South Beach, Downtown Miami, Mid town, Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Miami Int. Airport, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and more. We can help arrange transportation, private chefs, yacht charters, and provide recommendations for the best Miami has to offer.

The Villa is gated on a quiet friendly street. Guests can arrive in under 10 minutes from Miami International Airport, and only about 30-40 min from Fort Lauderdale Int. airport. Uber and Lyft drivers generally arrive to the Villa in under 5 minutes once called and can transport guests anywhere desired.
