This one-bedroom w/ stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal and Downtown skyline features a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom , a private balcony, washer & dryer. Amenities include a bay view pool,. Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included. The Space: This apartment is located at the BeachWalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north. Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida. Pool , gym and resort style amenities including home comforts are ideal for families or friends travelling together. This unit has a balcony facing south, where you can enjoy direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included. For such a large building, there were only 2 elevators, so be prepared to wait. The listing indicated we would be on the south side, but we were on the very noisy north side. ##### Chris K. Für eine Ferienwohnung mit diesem Preis erwarte ich eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Und die Ausstattung auch dementsprechend.Der Fön ist defekt. Nach einer Mail mit Bitte um neuem Gerät wurde gar nicht reagiert. Die 2 Aufzüge für ein 30 Stockwerke hohes Haus sind mehr als dürftig. 25 Minuten Wartezeit für mich, als gehbehinderte Frau ohne Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Aufzug ist eine Zumutung. Für 3 gemietete Wochen wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt. Küchenhandtücher gab es gar nicht. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen.
