The unit was exactly as appeared in the photos. While the high floor was initially a concern due to the reviews regarding the elevators, we never once waited longer than 3 minutes for one. The unit balcony was perfectly positioned for all day sun and we enjoyed our time on the balcony. I would highly recommend this unit for location, cleanliness, and convenience.

Host and management company were very responsive to a couple of issues early in our stay. Amenities were great and views were excellent. Elevators took a while on occasion due to being on the 37th floor. Unit could use more drinking / cocktail glasses so you do not have to run the dishwasher as often.

We absolutely loved our stay. We came to attend the Buffalo Bills game and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The room had everything you would ever need.

This stay was everything! When I say this balcony has the perfect view, that is not an exaggeration. To the left you have a gorgeous beach/ocean view, while glancing to the right you see the amazing city lights twinkling at night. I prefer the peaceful beach view, but my family loved the mesmerizing city lights and you could even see the lights of Hard Rock Stadium in the distance. We spent a lot of time on the balcony simply enjoying the views. The high floor keeps noise to a minimum, if nonexistent, level even on the balcony. The beach access is directly off the property, but if you’re looking for the towels you can check out, it’s just a ways down. We simply got our own because it was easier than keeping track of time. If you need anything, or simply have to have your own version of the amazingly cozy blanket stored in the second bedroom closet, there’s a store just a few blocks away.The room itself is a perfect home away from home. The beds were comfortable and we appreciate everyone having their own space. The building security, a deciding factor for us, is top notch with multiple checkpoints that aren’t an inconvenience at all. We had zero problems with elevator delays.Everyone we interacted with: valets, front desk, security officer, and gift shop employees, were kind and friendly. We always followed the protocols for requesting our vehicle and it was always ready when we arrived to the pickup area. We would definitely use this host and stay at this location again.

The apartment was very nice and clean We obviously arrived at a bad time, between passover and Easter. It was so crowed that we were waiting sometimes 20 min for an elevator (this happened several times). The pool and beach were packed with people - hardly a place to sit at either place. All the pool chairs were taken 11AM. We had arranaged a month before to have an early check in. We made reservations based on an early arrival. The day before it was cancelled. The check-in at the front desk took at least 30-40 min. The Wifi that was provided for us was incorrect. It took 20 min with back anf forth emails to finally get the probem resolved by getting the correct Wifi address and Passcode. The customer service (Zen Vacation Rentals) were rude and not helpful The saving grace was the 2 bedroom suite was really nice and the beds were great.

#### Great location for family with teens

The unit was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was a great option for families traveling with kids or teens as they had their own beds and bathroom. The extra beach chairs in the unit were a bonus so we all had a place to sit on the beach. It was easy to get an Uber to local restaurants as there weren't a ton of options within walking distance. Walmart was a short walk and a great option to pick up food and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable. Amazing view and the perfect amount of space for our family of four. Init was quiet and very relaxing. Perfect. The ocean view from inside the unit made you feel secluded. The porch was great to sit on and appreciate both the beach & city view, especially at night. Appreciated the extra beach chairs. The beach saw sun a lot longer than anticipated (wasn’t blocked by the buildings) we did enjoy the pool in the afternoon. We must have timed the elevators right because they weren’t as much of a wait as anticipated. Glad I wasn’t discouraged to book.We walked to the Hollywood Broadwalk a couple times, had a lot of fun in that atmosphere.Overall perfect experience and would come back again.

#### Great Stay - Great time !

This place was really nice - BEST view EVER !! Only thing we didn’t like was how they stack you up in the beach with your “free “ beach chairs /umbrella… they had us packed in like sardines, not pleasant beach lounge time !! I suggest just taking the condos, beach chairs and umbrella and finding your own spot on the beach. Also, downtown is about 30 minute Uber ride and that is where a lot of adventures are. We had no troubles with the elevators and the check-in process was smooth, but we did not go during the 4 o’clock rush hour either, we went a bit later. It was my husband and I and a couple of our friends on this trip, I don’t think I would bring small children and stay that high up, I would be very nervous. Just FYI :) overall fabulous place!

#### Quick trip

My husband, son and son’s girlfriend came down to Florida for a quick trip early January. We had 2 full beautiful days. The location is great. The condo is on the 37th floor-which I loved but my husband who is scared of heights was not a fan of. The lady who checked us in was super rude. She acted like we were a big bother to get checked in and as we asked about info on the hotel she said “everything is on the 9th floor!” Due to a late flight we checked in around midnight. No one else was there and she had been on her phone-so we must have interrupted her game she was playing. The hotel does have a lot of fees if you don’t follow all of their rules but that is to keep the place nicer. There is also separate areas at the pool and on the beach for guests renting vs owners. Things are very overpriced at the hotel (strawberry daiquiri at the pool is 25) but for a quick trip to warmer weather it was nice.

#### Great Florida Beach Location

We had a great stay after a Disney Cruise. The unit and property was beautiful and the views were amazing. The beach was great for relaxing on the sand or playing in the water. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided by the association and the owners of the unit had two additional chairs in the unit which allowed our group to all have chairs. The pools were amazing. Both the beach and pool had chair food and beverage service which was very convenient. The only slight down side of being so high in the building was the elevator wait during busy times...but we were on vacation so we what's a little wait. Would highly recommend this condo.

I loved it, the host was very nice. They had great communication skills, very very sweet and attentive. The suite was beautiful, the view is AMAZING. The property itself is beautiful, super close to the beach, the pool is amazing as well. 10/10!

The property was very clean and had the most amazing views from the balcony. The property management was very attentive and communicated promptly. Check-in was hassle-free. The only downfall was the long wait at the elevator, but everything else was perfect! We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend!!

The place was beautiful! Felt very safe! The owner was great! Some of the rental employees at the location weren’t the nicest but don’t let them ruin it for you because so many others went above and beyond. I would definitely stay again. Never even heard of this area and glad I found it- so pretty!
