As you pass through the hall towards the rear of the first floor, you'll find a gourmet kitchen worthy of your best culinary efforts. Outfitted with stunning marble counters, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and gorgeous tile backsplash, you'll feel this space pulling you in! You'll also find the adjacent den, complete with a cozy sofa, and flat-screen TV setup with Apple TV. A casual dining table for 4 and peninsula bar seating for 2 provide plenty of space for group meals. Walk out the French doors to a covered patio and your amazing backyard, which may just become the centerpiece of your vacation! Here, you'll find lush green grass, a variety of tropical foliage, and your own pool to while away the hot Miami days in cool comfort. A half bath completes this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom beckons one lucky person or couple. Welcomed by a strong smell of mold and mildew coming from under the garage entry door when you enter the house. This never goes away. The pool table is unusable because it sits too close to the wall to use. The lower floor layout made no sense with two living areas that were split in a way that made it difficult for the whole family to be in either of the rooms. There was a shortage of comfortable seating. Balconies are difficult to access due to the doors being covered with horizontal window blinds that are not designed for doors. The place is overpriced for what it is. The location is relatively convenient for driving to sites and attractions but it is not easily walkable to anything. This area is obviously undergoing gentrification and is a haphazard mix of $1M+ homes with substandard housing. You will not want to walk around without knowing exactly where you are going. We ended up with lice after our stay there. Women having long hair noticed itching after a few days. They initially attributed this to chlorine from the pool but later found it to be lice. This was our first ever encounter with lice so will unfortunately be the most memorable part of our stay. ##### Juniper B. I celebrated my birthday with friends and family for the weekend and we really enjoyed the pool, grill, and pool table. The house had beautiful feng shui that maximized peaceful vibes.
