Il s'agit de notre 3eme séjour dans cet établissement et nous constatons malheureusement une baisse des prestations alors que les prix ne font qu'augmenter. Alors qu'il y avait 2 restaurants, puis un seul il n'y a désormais plus de restaurant pour diner, quel gâchis. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut plus son prix (comptez env 48 dollars pour le buffet une fois les taxes et le service ajouté) : viennoiseries sans intérêts, aucun choix de pains (uniquement toasts), pas de yaourts, choix assez limités même si suffisants. Les bars de l’hôtel ferment relativement tôt (et plus de mini bar en chambre). Nous avions une vue partielle sur la plage mais difficile à apprécier vu la saleté des vitres. Autre déception, la piscine. Si vous pensiez y nager il faudra vous lever tôt. La piscine n'est plus qu'une pataugeoire pleine de sable dans laquelle des groupes stagnent, cocktails à la main. De même il est censé y avoir une piscine famille et une piscine adult only, cela n'est plus respecté, plusieurs enfants venaient dans la piscine réservée aux adultes et aucun membre du staff ne disait rien... Certaines infrastructures deviennent vieillissantes, comme les ascenseurs. Enfin, la chambre est correct mais le mini réfrigérateur fait un bruit incessant, particulièrement dérangeant la nuit, et la salle de bain manque de choses simples comme des verres à dents...

Tres bel hôtel. Excellente ambiance etpersonnel fantastique. Deux piscine, juste à coté de la plage et à 10 minutes en trolley de south beach. La nourriture et les cocktails sont un peu dispendieux. Je recommande, nous avons beaucoup aimé. Voyage en famille avec deuz ados.

La chambre que nous avons eu n'est pas du tout ce que vous annoncez! Petite, tout est extrêmement vieux et désuet. Pas à la hauteur du prix payé! En plus sur la plage on doit payer pour le parasol c'est très décevant cet endroit pour le prix.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel is under construction. I do NOT remember reading about this on Expedia prior to booking. This was significant because there were no dining options on site except a ‘carry-out’ type of place for snacks. This was not so bad because the hotel next door had excellent dining options. The main issue with construction at the hotel was that the pool was closed and there was no use of a neighboring pool. It is a good thing we are ‘beach people’, but it put a bit of a damper on the kids’ plans.

This is going to be a great hotel once the construction is finished. Loved our time on the beach with the included chairs and umbrellas. They made it very clear with multiple emails that the pool and restaurant would not be open so that didn’t bother us at all.

Selected this property based on review score as we stayed in Fontainebleau Miami Beach which was "only 7.2, and this had 8.4. This is far from true, last minute notice of construction, constant noise from 9 to 5. No pools, etc. Regret the change, not recommended,rather asking for refund.

I was making reservation through Expedia and did not check the hotel website. On their page there was a red notice that hotel is under renovation. As a result, not only there was a lot of noise 8 - 5 but we were asked to move to another room after three nights. The manager removed the resort fees for us to compensate for the inconvenience. They had no restaurant on the premises and we had to go look for food nearby.

The pool is closed due to renovations and it looks like it will be closed for a good while… also the “deck” is closed so you cant go there to observe. Ive never stayed somewhere where they still charge a daily resort fee while half of the accommodations aren’t available. Felt a lot to put a $300 Hold in my card. It aas an okay stay but id look else where or wait until renovations are done

We’re having a really great stay! The staff have been so lovely and helpful, the property is chic and very clean. The Confidante is a perfectly located hotel to stay at while vacationing in Miami Beach. Great beach, furniture and we love the bicycles!

No communication from expedia or hotel that there was no pool, restaurant/bar because it was under construction. We had busy schedule no time to switch hotels. The only morning we had to sleep in the jackhammering and drilling was so loud we had to leave property. I understand construction, but we should have been informed, discounts should have been given. We paid over $400 per night with no pool, restaurant/bar, small room with street view. Although the staff was friendly, we did not enjoy our stay and felt taken advantage of.

Id stay there again. From an aesthetics point, the art work in the room didnt go with the area, it didnt go with a theme at all and made it feel cheap but other than that little thing, it was a good hotel and would definitely stay their again. Ongoing construction. Absolutely No outside amentities. Dining is limited to about 20x40ft room with half a dozen tables, very limited selection of overpriced food. Very VERY noisy during the day due to heavy construction.Forget it if you want to sleep in. No Parking, except for Valley, which is $52 for overnight. Plus unknown hidden fees.

In our 5 days stay, our rooms were not cleaned multiple times. When I asked house cleaning why they didn't clean my room - I got an answer of "too many rooms", which means they are probably understaffed. In addition, I left behind my favorite dress pants in the closet, and even tough I called it in the next day, they were not recovered. I got a hard time of even getting lost and found to talk to the cleaning lady to see if she found the pants.

The staff at the Confindante were all very helpful! The refrigerator in the room was not working, told the front desk and they had a working refrigerator in are room in 20 mins. Staff very friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. It was a very relaxing vacation with the help of the the staff at The Confindante!
