Beautiful completely remodeled apartment 8 minutes from Miami International Airport all major expressway. Peaceful, Safe & Quiet Place To Relax In The Comfort Of Home Away From Home Within Minutes To All Major Highways, Port Of Miami international Airport, Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, American Airlines Arena. Free parking  
  
General Overview: The building is a 4 units apartment building. There are 2 units for rent on Airbnb and 2 units on the first floor for long term rental. Each parking space is designated for a particular unit..  
The kitchen: Granite counters with a cooktop and brand new appliances there are at your disposal. There is a small table with twor chairs for a tasty breakfast before a day of exploring. Fully equipped with utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, coffee and tea along with other goodies.   
The coin washer and dryer are under the stairs if need to use them a key is provided to you. There is also an ironing board and iron if you need to freshen up a shirt before a night out on the town.   
The bathroom: Fluffy towels with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for a warm bath after a long day. The cabinet holds a blow dryer, cotton balls and q-tips.  
Bedroom: Warm and inviting room has a queen size bed with down comforter pillows. There is a big closet, dresser and two nightstands. . Features curtains and privacy blinds, full length mirror for preparing for that big night on the town. There is also a 40" Led smart TV with, Netflix to relax after a long day on the town.  
  
Apartment is on the second floor (unit 2) right. The other three units are rented, but you only share space would be the (Coin laundry) if need to use it, located under the stairs, it's locked and a key will be provided to you) Parking Is on the south side of the building .  
  
We live and work relatively near by, we are also available over the phone at any time. Our goal is make your stay at our apartment an that you have an unforgettable experience.  
  
Whether you are having a plastic surgery an need a place to recuperate or you are taking a cruise and want to have some fun before boarding your ship or you want spend a whole week in Miami, My place is the perfect choice, it’s like a small luxury Hotel Room, but better. My place is minutes away from all worldwide famous plastic surgery clinics and "Calle Ocho" in Little Havana, where you will find lots of great restaurants, La Carreta, Versalles, Casa Juancho (Listed in Zagat Survey’s America’s Top Restaurants) and many others. We are 20 minutes from the incredible night live of Downtown Miami, Brickell and Miami Beach. If you like shopping you will be in the Dolphin Mall, Dadeland Mall or The Falls Mall in a matter of minutes.  
  
At two minutes away from expressway 836 going east and west and 826 (Palmetto Expressway) going north and around the city fast and easy.  
  
Cozy two story fourplex, with two units in each floor. It was completely remodeled in January 2019, The unit features new appliances,furniture and fixtures. This is a perfect place to relax, recharge and explore the city. The space provides comfortable accommodations that are ideal for both travelers and long-stay guests. Situated 5 minutes from the Miami International Airport, you can arrive from your long journey and visit the best Miami has to offer quickly and easily. Parking for two cars included.
