This cozy 1-bedroom condo is perfect for up to 4 guests. Enjoy a king-sized bed, a queen sofa bed, a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private balcony with stunning views. You'll also have access to a pool, gym, game room, hot tub, and kids' playground. Please make yourself at home. ➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities such as a Pool, Hot tub, GYM, kids' playground, and lounge. Surrounded by sleek high-rises, trendy restaurants, and upscale shopping, Brickell offers a mix of city energy and waterfront tranquility. Just steps away, you'll find Brickell City Centre for luxury shopping, while the nearby bayfront parks provide peaceful spots to relax. The area boasts a lively nightlife scene with rooftop bars and fine dining. The location also gives you easy access to cultural hotspots like the Pérez Art Museum and Adrienne Arsht Center. By Foot: Many of Brickell’s top spots, like Brickell City Centre and local cafes, are within walking distance. Public Transit: The Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations are just a short walk away, connecting you to downtown Miami and beyond. Rideshares: Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick and easy transport. Scooters/Bikes: You’ll find rentable e-scooters and bikes around the neighborhood for a fun, eco-friendly way to explore. Driving: With easy access to I-95, you're just a short drive to Miami Beach, Wynwood, and other attractions. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, the name of the lead traveler, the photo ID of the primary guest, and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. 1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee. 2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise. 3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
