Located at the heart of Edgewater near Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood, the building is in close proximity to a teeming nightlife, art gallery scene, attractions, beaches, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Elegant interior design and cozy set up with spacious, sun-lit living room, bedroom (king-size bed), and full-equipped integrated kitchen. In addition to standard living amenities and wifi, the unit counts on a 50’ inch TV (with Netflix, HBO, Cable, Sports, and more), an internal washer and dryer, and ample closet space. The building also features private parking space and a complete Fitness Center, swimming pool, and SUM. One block away from the Miami Mover Railway System (free), trolley (free), and bus stops (to Miami Beach and Downtown). Also, directly in front of the beautiful bayside dock and waterfront leading up to the Venetian Causeway.
