M. Jul 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Just Ok. First and foremost, the people that work at this resort were amazing!! Super friendly and helpful. However, be sure you have a direct number to the front desk and valet because you won't find it online. Valet gave us our car, we drove to our destination, and realized we were given the wrong keys and were now stuck. Not able to contact anyone for help. We took an Uber, got it sorted out and were reimbursed for our Uber expenses and our dinner for that night. Still sucked. Couch is super uncomfortable. It was so bad that my friend did not want to be in the condo or would just lay in her bed. Yes, it's that uncomfortable. Pool was great. Didn't go to the beach due to having to be closer to the room. Original room we chose and booked was across the street on the beach. However, we had to be moved due to construction. Like I said, stay was ok.
