Lauderdale to the north. This unit is located on a high floor, with a large balcony where you can enjoy direct views of the intercoastal waterways and the ocean. Valet was not truly what we all know of valet. We had to go across the other building, go up on the 3rd floor of the car garage that smelled very bad to weed. The apartment was advertised as a four bedroom, but it was more like 3 1/2\. The fourth one was a walled room out of the dinning room without closet, dresser and far from a restroom.
