This single room space served its purpose while traveling alone for a conference in Miami Beach. The interior was nice. Very importantly - two things...the mattress was very comfortable (I like a bit firm, and had softer and firmer pillows also) and shower ran well and got and stayed warm nicely.Neighborhood was safe, w parking just off the street up facing the building. It is a residential neighborhood in the city. I was comfortable and grew up in the city of Buffalo. Some might feel the room is a bit more upscale appearing than the neighborhood. Just need to know what you like and what you're looking for. For me it worked fine, kept me close enough to Miami Beach w/o paying the high prices nicer spots would demand. Very clean, no bugs.
