Best location in South Beach \- Ocean front apartment in the best location of South Beach! \- Quiet location, but just a 5 min walk to the world famous Art Deco District. \- Two beach lounges and umbrella included every day! ($50 per-day savings) \- This apartment has been updated. \- Licensed for legal short term rental. PLEASE NOTE: the pictures of the pool and beach are just to show the location, they are NOT the view from the apartment, but there's plenty of light and the pool and world class beach are right outside the back door The space This is a studio apartment with no separate bedroom Directly on World Famous Ocean Dr and the beach! A renovated apartment with great finishes and modern design. Best neighborhood in South Beach, called South of Fifth Street (SOFI). This is a quiet neighborhood directly on the ocean, very close to great restaurants, shopping, parks, large supermarket, night clubs etc. Many very expensive ($10, $20 million and even $30 mil) apartments right in this part of South Beach. Only 2 blocks to world famous Ocean Drive restaurants and tourism spots. Also great shopping like Armani Exchange, Victoria's Secret, True Religion, Zara Equinox Gym etc. 15 minute ride to Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Miami Heat Arena, the new Perez Art Museum and Design District. Free WIFI 55 inch smart TV with over 100 cable TV channels. Hair dryer Pots pans Cooking utensils, silverware Bed linens, towels Kitchen has microwave, toaster oven, sink and hotel sized fridge as can be seen in the pictures. No stove or oven. Also plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. There's a queen bed from Restoration Hardware, with a very comfortable mattress. Also a comfortable CB2 sofa bed for up to 2 more people. Keep in mind that the room isn't very large, so make sure you're OK with this if you're considering having more than 2 guests. 2 blocks to world famous Nikki Beach restaurant/beach club, and Story night Club Also famous Joe's Stone Crab, Prime 112 (where the Miami Heat basketball players and celebrities hang out) and a bunch of other incredible restaurants (some expensive, others reasonable). I'll be happy to make recommendations! This is a LEGAL short term rental, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Many rentals offered in South Beach are in buildings that are not zoned for short term and are only allowed 1 year rentals! Please note that there isn't much of a view from this apartment, the picture of the pool and beach is included to show the amazing scene just behind the building. The view and lifestyle are fantastic as soon as you step outside though! Please inquire about holidays and special event rates. About the neighborhood, from New York Times article: "South of Fifth Street (SOFI) has emerged as the most expensive section of Miami Beach. A string of high-rise condos along the water are selling apartments for record prices. Last year, a penthouse at one of two Continuum towers sold for $25 million, then the highest sale for an apartment in Miami Beach. In late December, a penthouse at the neighboring Icon tower sold for just under $21 million, a record for a bay-facing apartment in the city. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need. The access to the beach cannot be beat. The room was clean and updated. It is a small space for a family of 3 but it is doable. The bathroom is very small but functional. The overall building is old so some things are to be expected. The washer/dryers are hit and miss on different floors as far as being in working order. The pool leaves a lot to be desired. The water was never clear and didn't look very clean. I have a pool so I know what a clear pool looks like. But hey, who wants the pool when the beach is right there! The owner was very responsive and even brought fresh towels to my door when I messaged him. It was nice having a barber shop/mini-mart in the lobby for ice and cold drinks when needed. Overall, we had a blast and I'm already looking to book another vacation for next year! ##### Debbie V. We stayed here with a small dog and small kids, and it was a perfect space in a busy part of the Miami Beach. Very close to a park to walk the dog, an actual dog park area, a great playground, right on the beach, pool felt super private, tons of restaurants close by, Starbucks within minutes walk, Miami Beach has a great walkway that is super alive at night. Host was incredibly accommodating, answered all questions very quickly, and the apartment is equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. Patio chairs, small cooler, etc. Pool even had floats to be used for the kids. One thing to note that I didn't think through prior to is to plan for parking, no parking is included in this apartment and it's a very busy area.
