As you ascend the steps leading to the main entrance, get ready to experience a truly memorable stay. Upon entering, you'll be immediately captivated by the inviting family room. Escape the chaos in a quiet neighborhood without losing the benefits of being close to all the action. This home is also only 15 minutes away from the airport! Head to Coral Gables (only a 10-minute drive!) for high-end boutiques, eateries, and more. Check out Caja Caliente for delicious and unique Cuban tacos, or come for brunch and try the guava pancakes. MKT Kitchen is another option if you're looking for more deli-style food: pastries, sandwiches, and family meals. If you want to spend the day in Coral Gables, make sure to check out the Shops at Merrick Park for sophisticated and high-end shopping. Only 5 minutes away is Calle Ocho in Little Havana, a thriving and lively cultural scene with bright murals, delicious and authentic Latin food, and Latin American art galleries. This home is also only 20 minutes away from the iconic South Pointe Beach, a beach at the southern tip of Miami Beach. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on. This property is dog-friendly with an additional $385.00 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry) If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date. Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. This house worked very well for our family of 5 over the Holiday. It is very close to great restaurants, walking distance to Starbucks and grocery store. Short drive to coconut grove area for even more shopping and eating. The house has a great kitchen space and eating area if you choose to cook at home instead.
