Incroyable!
Très bien situé dans le quartier Wynwood, résidence sécurisée avec parking directement dans la résidence (payant 40$ la nuit) chambre ou plutôt suite Très grande, très propre, avec un mobilier moderne. Cuisine complète four, frigo américain, couvert ... lave linge et sèche linge. Sur le toit: une vue incroyable sur les immeubles de wynwood, la piscine est très grande avec des transats.

Je n'avais pas remarqué dans l'annonce qu'il s'agissait de location Airbnb, j'ai donc écrit à Sentral pour avoir le fonctionnement et les aviser de mon arrivée tardive. Ils m'ont répondu que les gardiens seraient là pour m'aider. Ce ne fut pas le cas! Ils ne savaient rien et n'ont même pas été en mesure de nous indiquer ou était la borne d'enregistrement. C'est en regardant autour de nous de longues minutes que nous l'avons trouvé et ensuite un des gardiens est disparu. Le 2e gardien en était à sa première journée! De plus, l'ascenceur ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû monter les 4 étages à pieds avec toutes nos valises. Les jours suivants, l'ascenceur fonctionnait à moitié. Nous étions 3 et avions 2 débarbouillettes seulement. Nous en avons demander d'autres à la réception et le gars nous dit qu'il allait en laisser 4 à la réception à notre nom. À notre retour, c'était un autre gars qui n'était pas au courant et commence à nous faire la morale que ce n'est pas 4 que nous avons droit mais 3 et que s'il nous en manque de faire du lavage. Dans la toilette nous avions 1 rouleau de papier de toilette à moitié vide et un neuf dans l'armoire, nous avons donc dû aller en acheter. Une pôle seulement dans la toilette pour les serviettes. Aucun linge à vaisselle ni torchon dans la cuisine. Jamais de serviettes de disponible à la piscine et personne pour aider (descendre au desk un peu compliqué avec l'ascenceur ne fonctionnant pas la moitié du temps!) Bref, pas aimé mon séjour!

Le sejour et le service est excellent. Proprete impeccable Chambre bien decoré Les enfant ont adoré la piscine au 6ieme Proche de tout a pieds ou en transport en commun. Pleins de restaurant et bars accessibles à pieds Pour finir nous tenons à remercier David à la réception pour son service. Nous avions réservé par erreur une suite d une chambre fermée alors que nous voulions une de deux chambres. Lors du Check In, David a compris notre erreur et nous a offert gratuitement la suite a deux chambre que nous voulions. Sejour très agréable.

Sentral exceeded my expectations! I had a large apartment and it was incredibly quiet. The staff was great and the space was clean and well cared for. I stayed for almost a week and also had a blast exploring the area - there's so much to do. I'd absolutely recommend it.

It's a quiet new building, the apartments are very clean and I can recommend them to everybody. We were very happy here during our 7 nights. The only thing which I didn't like is the pricing for parking, they ask for 40 dollars per night?? Sorry that's way too much, so I parked at the street and paid with paybyphone.com, which was way cheaper..

We liked the neighborhood and close by restaurants, particularly Bakan and Maman. The rooftop pool/patio is lovely. The apartment is nicely furnished. We wished we could get local tv channels. Also the excellent coffee maker would have been useful if you provided more than a single serve packet of coffee.

The apartment was amazing and would highly recommend. Loved that there was a washer andndryer for clothes inside each unit. Parking is expensive but overall so worth it. The rooftop pool is amazing and the gym was also really nice.

Absolutely loved the room and the amenities. Front desk staff were very friendly, however most of the staff in the hotel only speak Spanish so that can make it tricky for requests. Great price, peaceful and quiet. My only negative is no housekeeping, not even to just change out towels and restock toiletries (there was no body wash at all and although requested, I never got any so I was glad to have the packed my own). There is laundry in the room but my dryer door locked and had to get maintenance to come free my clothes, lol. Overall though, I would definitely stay again. I loved the location and the property itself. Recommended for sure!

My biggest issue with the property was the checkin process. i arrived at 12pm to the property inquiring with the front desk if there were any opportunities to check in early. I understand that checking in early isn’t something anyone can guarantee. The front desk was very polite and informed me that they would allow early checkin if my room became available. I waited until around 2pm to check in any available rooms and i was informed that the room was still not available. I decided to go to brunch with friends and come back and check in later. I return back around 6 PM and my room was still not available. This was disappointing as my check in time was for 4 PM, even though the host at the front desk tried to remedy the situation by allowing me to check out two hours after my stay. I still felt as if communication could’ve been applied here and someone should’ve informed/ called me to explain the room delay. I also tried texting the number provided for customer service and they just told me to go to the front desk which was frustrating. There were other issues with the room like it missing toiletry products like body wash in both bathrooms. Luckily i packed my own soap. Other than that i had a ok stay. The checkin process was disappointing and hindered me from giving the property a better rating.
