DECEVANT !!
Pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, chose que nous avons transmis le jour de notre arrivée avec aucun changement malgré leur intervention. La chasse d'eau fonctionne très mal les 3/4 du séjour nous obligeant à descendre au sous sol pour aller aux toilettes. La seule reponse que nous avons eu : c'est pour tout le monde pareil, sans aucune excuse de leur part. Grosse déception à notre arrivée pas de piscine car en travaux. Aucun mail ou message nous prévenant de cette fermeture. Dernière nuit un gros boom vers 2 heures du matin, la climatisation a lâché avec odeur de brûlée horrible dans la chambre. Nous avons prévenu la réception qui nous a demandé de voir avec le propriétaire, nous avons refusé et proposé d'aller dormir dans le hall de l'entrée car dans la chambre cela était irrespirable. Ils ont finis part trouver une chambre de remplacement pour finir notre nuit. Du coup nous avons découvert que les chambres appartenaient à différents propriétaires et non à l'hôtel. Il manque une double prise au minimum dans la cuisine, il n'y avait qu'une petite plaque électrique qui a mis énormément de temps a chauffer. Il manque des prises pour les téléphones à côté des lits. Le côté positifs la literie est confortable. Le nécessaire de plage est fourni (chaises, parasol et serviettes) Le dépôt de bagages est gratuit ainsi que le parking. Nombreux bus en bas de l'hôtel et la petite épicerie qui peut dépanner.

Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything

I was there for 3 days ! First day we didn’t have hot water and they was trying make us stay in there until I made it a big deal which it was who wants to bathe in cold water ! They moved us to another room for the night and said we had to move back to the original room they said they can’t refund us the money or half of it . Smh I would not be saying here again

My recent visit to SeaStays in Miami left much to be desired. From the moment of arrival, the service exhibited an unfortunate lack of willingness to assist, a common occurrence in this city. The public bathrooms were in a state of disrepair, with rust evident and sinks on the verge of falling apart. Furthermore, the accommodations were basic, cheaply furnished, and lacked any semblance of charm. The check-in process was particularly confusing and lacked essential information. Valet parking services were equally disappointing, with slow responses and subpar customer service. Despite this, an expectation for gratuity was apparent, with attendants silently waiting for acknowledgment without even extending a simple greeting or providing a polite key handover. Overall, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment or considering Miami Beach as a destination altogether. While I once held an affinity for Miami, my recent experience has left me with no desire to return.

This Apartment style hotel is very nice while in an old building everything is convenient - easy valet parking, free trolley and bus stops in front of the building, the loft unit is just renovated and clean. With fully equipped kitchen, it is right on the quiet part of Miami Beach and very accessible. Not much food options in walkable distance- need a car to go to south beach or order delivery or cook at the room. But it is solvable.

Most terrible place I stayed at. Building smelled terribly. Room and building were dirty. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE EXPEDIA PICTURES. We called for more towels since 3 of us were staying there for 5 DAYS and the lady said they only provide towels once during the entire stay. They gave us 6 towels for the whole stay. The room had a dingy smell to it. The halls smelled of all different kinds of stenches. You’re better off at a haunted motel. We asked for cleaning services they said they charge a fee for that. We ended up booking at a hotel and staying there just so that we were able to shower and breathe in a clean environment. Our last day of our trip we ended up going back to this disgusting forsaken place to get the remaining of our belongings and ran out of there as fast as we could. BE AWARE: ⚠️⛔️☣️☢️🦠

La verdad el cuarto que me tocó no tenía vista al mar no hay limpieza disponible tienes que pagar 30 dólares si quieres limpieza papel no pusieron cuando se terminó tuvimos que hablar y si los llevaron para el precio está estable si no piensas estar mucho tiempo en tu habitación sería una opción económica

The rooms and pictures are nothing like the reality. From the moment we checked in staff was discourteous. They did not take the time to explain anything. The room was decently clean but this is a very old building so not much they can do about the deteriorating appearance. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. If your showered the entire bathroom was wet, there was obvious sign of mold and mildew buildup due to this. The pool was closed, so we had to go the beach. They do have beach access which is great. You need a code to get back in from the beach. I had to call the front desk about this bc ask it is not the same code used for your room (another fail at check in). Elevators are slow and confusing to use, but again if things were explained it may have helped. There is a lot of partying activity so not the best place to go with children and as a family, but great for young single people. Valet service and convenient shops was the only great thing about this hotel. We only stayed 2 nights and feel like we overpaid for this hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend and we will not return.

No one told us to go with the valet parking first and then go to the security desk. Check in process could go easier with a form vs hand writing the details. The room was dirty, the sheets had hairs on them and stains, the room was lined with mirrors which looked creepy. It was relatively quiet which was good. The elevators smelled like weed and the room smelled musty. The windows would not stay open so no way to get fresh air.

The unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was good. The main floor bathroom was a disaster. The pool was not open. Not a “full” kitchen. Had pots, but no stove…interesting. Restaurants, expensive and very small servings.

Very nice private secluded 16th floor studio. Pool was down for repair but not the hosts fault. Check in was a breeze. Clean, comfortable, great off peak pricing rates! A for my 4 year old and I! Easy beach Access. Cool shops, lower level store is easier on the pocket book. $9 pizza upstairs was a value!

'too old facilities and lack of maintenance....it seems that everything is dirty.....definitly I don't recommend this apartments. The amin door and the access to my aparment was dirty, without maintenance and dirty....I decided to leave one day before .

We requested early check in and paid the extra $69 . Room was supposed to be ready by 1130a but it wasn’t . We were very tired as we flew all night from Alaska and had hoped to occupy the room as early as possible, instead we were not able to get into the room until just before noon. Juliana said she’d check on early occupancy but never heard back. The room itself was nice and had a beautiful view . The ad showed a balcony but we didn’t have one ( and the windows would not open up either ) A nice place however just disorganized check in

Customer service at Sea Stays was horrendous. The cleaning service only came once my entire 5 day stay. We payed extra for a king bed and never got it. We tried to get the refund or an upgraded room and they said they’d do it for $180. They ended up not helping anyways, so I had to reach out directly to expedia and they were super helpful. The Seastays host was rude as can be. Our thermostat didn’t work and the room was freezing. We asked for extra blankets because the room was so cold along with other things we needed like towels, extra pillows, and toilet paper. The host denied my request and said that it was because they only provide service from 10:00-4:00. That being said, I called again the next day at 10:30 and asked for those items. The host was so rude and hung up on me. I called her back and she said she will try to figure it out and call me back. We waited hours and got no response. Our entire stay, we didn’t get those items. I wish we could’ve had better service because it was awful.

The receptionist couldn't put down her phone/texting long enough to talk directly to me. She (therefore?) had missed my request to check in early so I had to wait an hour for the room to be readied and she still charged for early check in. The room was tidy but the floor was dirty under my bare feet. And then they wanted MORE money to Ck out after 10am! The lobby was bland & no restaurant. The view from the window was lovely but the way you could only see the view if you're standing. So if you wanted to sit and look at the view all you could see was sky because the windows were to high to see over the wall. Also even though the pool was listed as an amenity on Expedia, it was closed for construction so both pool and pool area were useless- no chairs- couldn't even sit outside on a deck. The texting receptionist said the pool was not listed on THEiR website but of course that didn't help me since I booked thru Expedia. And when, after I learned there was no pool, a charged for early Ck in, and my room still not ready, and she was so unhelpful, I said I wanted to cancel, get a refund and go elsewhere and she said I could not get a refund. So after all that ( it was last min b my flight was cancelled and I had to overnight in Miami) I was stuck in a room where I could not sit out by the pool and watch the ocean and if I wanted to watch it from my room I had to stand. I was too exhausted to walk the beach-- I sat there a little while, but it was windy and cold.

Nice Beachfront studio. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Expedia doesn't do a good job of explaining you are renting someone's condo. Once you understand that it makes great sense the way things work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free valet parking available 24/7 and very efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved there setup where we didn't need a room key. They had keyless entry! Elevators were fast and the restaurant lounge BluGin was very good although I recommend to not order the lobster ravioli unfortunately it was not very good. Everything else we ate was very good!
