Free unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Oversized vehicles must park on the first floor, additional parking is not available.

Miami Trip

The building is older but o.k. Unfortunately the elevators did not work half the time we were there. This was an inconvenience as we were on the 8th floor and one in our group was recovering from surgery. I ended up falling down the stairs trying to get our luggage to the vehicle. I informed the property manager and was told to send pics but there was no email to send them to. Very disappointed

This home was perfect for our family. Like most va action rentals the home is worn and shows signs of wear. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of supplies ie: toilet paper, laundry soap, garbage bags.

Great location and amazing views

It was great to stay there, with a solid amount of space, and comfy beds. It was amazing to wake up to the water and be able to enjoy a breeze. Only downsides are parking inside are a bit of a challenge with a larger vehicle, not even a full size SUV so consider that. Contact with the host was quick. And the check in process was simple. I would stay again and have recommended it to some people already

Not what we expected

Overall, the place was in a good location and also was easy to access. Although, what was listened was NOT what we walked into. The furniture listed in the photos was NOT what was in the unit. Also, there was holes, tears, and marks all over the place. The place was damaged and had complications with the door to the patio not closing. The lock was also broken on this door. The place has such potential to be a cute place. But it is not well maintained in that the host should spend money/time making the place look like those in the photos. It was our first time experiencing the place not looking like what it was online. Everything was still clean which was nice. But you could tell, it had been trashed many times. Another thing not noted. It says larger SUVs can park on the bottom floor of the parking garage. We BARELY made it with a Tahoe and it was TIGHT!! Recommend not bringing a large vehicle. Also, the elevator was sketchy. Sounded like at any minute it was going to stop. The walls are thin, so you can hear people partying too. Overall, we still consider this a good stay. We were hardly there, just to sleep. Loved having the water RIGHT there and the unit itself is so spacious.

The view was gorgeous. House was clean and well stocked, A/C system was extremely noisy. Couch need to be replace had several stains. No cushion wear on the belcony furniture. For the view alone we would return.

Spacious unit with understated view

We enjoyed our stay in the well appointed unit. We were pleasantly surprised by the view of the bay— just beautiful. The pictures on line don’t do it justice. The unit could use some updating but the view and the size and location of the unit make the selection worth it. We enjoyed it and will be back.

Beware the parking garage entrance walls!

It’s great that this place has free onsite parking for 2 cars! There is absolutely NO on street parking available on the harbor. But beware entering! It says if you have an SUV not to park on the second level. It doesn’t say that there are separate entrances to the first and second levels and the first entrance is the second level. The side clearance is VERY tight. We damaged one side of our rented van. The lower level is still very tight. You must go slow if you have a larger vehicle. It’s easy to see by the marks on the walls that many people scrap their cars on the sides. You are now forewarned! Otherwise the place is a DREAM! We loved the amenities (heated pool in Feb was nice). The person at the desk was so polite and helpful. No hidden fees! We would definitely come again in a more compact vehicle.

My weekend stay in Miami was great. The room and view were beautiful. The location was perfect. We were a very short drive from south beach, but also a nice secluded feel being in north bay village. Will definitely be coming back!

Truly Amazing property and People

After having several plane delays and having to check in very late (1:00 am) me and my crew were completely exhausted. Emiliano came to meet us to help in the middle of the night to make sure we got into our house safe and sound. Kudos to Sextant for their impeccable customer service! We will be back and be sure to share our experience with our traveling friends.
