It’s an elegant base from which to enjoy resort amenities or explore Miami’s vibrant energy. THE SPACE: • 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, living room. • 1 King Bed, 1 Sofa-Bed Queen Size • Spacious 661ft² (61 m²) of living space. • Ocean view with Northeastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include Smart TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: • Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities. The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form. • Full access to the fitness and spa areas • Health and fitness classes • Unlimited access to beach chairs and towels • Access to four luxurious pools While the initial impression may suggest an increased expenditure for your stay, the actuality is a prudent financial decision. Our nightly rate stands notably lower than that of the hotel, ensuring tangible savings. You are empowered with the flexibility to tailor your experience by selecting to use preferred amenities and specifying the days of their inclusion—a privilege not extended in direct bookings with the hotel. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out. • Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
