Half the house aircon didn’t cool Properly it was very hot in the dinning and TV area, 4 rooms were hot entire trip. Took a week to repair aircon , it fixed the living area but rooms were the same. 3 gas bottles for bbq and fire pit all empty, they did replace them however we never used it, too rusty. Outdoor furniture very mouldy, rug dirty and mouldy. We couldn’t use it. Such a shame because we loved the pool. We had to have front door handle/lock fixed as it was loose, it has an electric gate which we could never shut as nobody gave us the remote after several enquiries. Second last day the power tripped in the kitchen, advised to check boxes , we checked the boxes everything was ok, informed the host and no other suggestions or help was offered. We replaced batteries in tv remotes but not all worked. Considering I had messaged the host when I booked it, and asked the property be clean since we were arriving so late from a very long trip from Australia and he assured me it would be clean and ready. Very disappointing, If I had viewed the property I would never had paid so much money to stay in these conditions. ##### Olga T. The pool was amazing and we used them any time possible. Rooms are equipped very well and also the bathrooms are spacious. Maybe the outside area need some re-work. The is not so much to do in the neighborhood, so you need a car or UBER (works very well). ##### Marcus D.
