Enjoy your stay in our water front 2 bedrooms & 2 bath. Centrally located in the heart of brickell. Spacious and sun filled. Lobby has Cafes, Restaurants, Beauty Parlor, Dry cleaners, Theater Bar with great shows, Massage rooms and a Grocery store. Walking distance(1min) to brickell city center, restaurants, park and Marina.  
\* The unit has a fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook. In addition to appliances such as a toaster, blender and Nespresso machine “on demain prior to check in”  
  
\* The living room TV 65”, master bedroom TV 55” and 2nd room 38” TV.   
  
\* There is a washer and dryer in each floor.   
  
\*We provide all the essentials in the bathrooms such as shampoo, body wash, blow-dryer, and towels.   
  
\* Walk in closet, cabinets, hangers, iron and table.  
  
\*walking distance restaurant Cipriani, Komodo, Cantina La Veinte and Nusret.  
  
\*We require all guests to provide ID/drivers license prior to check in for anyone occupying the unit.   
\* Housekeeping service available per your request during your stay for an additional fee   
\*Late check in after 6pm is one hundred dollars.   
\*Late check out 11am-1pm is one hundred and fifty dollars, any extra hour after that is one hundred dollar.

I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept.
