The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and cookware for everything from coffee to dinner. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished and offers great natural light. The unit also includes central air conditioning, fast WiFi, in-unit laundry, and access to a shared pool and fitness center. Getting Around: MIA (Miami International Airport) is about 7 miles away, with a 20 to 30-minute drive depending on traffic. Public transit stops are a short walk from the building. Paid valet parking is on-site, with nearby public garages as alternatives. Other Things to Note: Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance \- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- A $35 + VAT per night resort fee is charged at check-in, giving you access to awesome Gale amenities like pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel. \- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. \*For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional fee of $35 will be charged. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. \- No smoking of any kind inside the condo!
