Room description was accurate and there were great small accommodations for kids (pack n play, beach toys). The carpets could use a good cleaning along with the bathrooms, but it wasn’t anything that negatively impacted our stay. We purchased a fan for the main bedroom and left it for the next guest. I would recommend some sort of corner step for the shower to help with leg shaving, along different shower heads for better water pressure. But those are minor things and preferences. Overall a great stay!

#### Hollywood Fl Stay

Very nice property with amazing ocean views. The unit however was lacking. No comfortable seating, rust in the shower and freezer. Crome fixtures were blistering and the carpet was disgustingly dirty. Unit needs to total refresh.

#### Relaxing Vacation

This unit was amazing. The views and balcony were great we enjoyed using the furniture that was outside. The bedrooms were great and had plenty of room. The bathrooms were also really nice, one drawback was being there for a week we had to buy laundry soap to wash the towels. The Kitchen was nice, but lacking in cups, they have alot of wine glasses but no drinking glasses and only one trash bag for the week. The Fridge was nice and big and the freezer had ice which was great! Our family would definitely stay here again, it was a gorgeous property and having the amenities onsite were great. We had a car and the valet was top notch they would text with when your car would be available and were always accurate. If you are looking for a place to getaway with family or friends and be able to spend the day on the beach or at the pool and then relax at night on the porch then this is the place for you.
