Other Things to Note: Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance \- Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- A $35 + VAT per night resort fee is charged at check-in, giving you access to awesome amenities like pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel. \- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. \*For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied.
