Propreté laissant à désirer : cheveux sur les parois de la douche, cheveux au fond du lavabo, moquette de l’escalier pleine d’herbes sèches… heureusement l’aspirateur est passé dans la chambre ! distributeurs HS… A part ces problèmes de propreté et de pannes, ça pourrait être un super hôtel

Stayed here for one night during a family road trip. There are no elevators. My niece looked at the pool and immediately decided against taking a swim because there was mold growing in it. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a very chemical-like smell, akin to what you would find walking into a hair salon. One of the comforters had what looked like cookie or bread crumbs and spare change all over it. The bathroom walls were visibly filthy. There was no hot water, only lukewarm. The following morning for breakfast, the food was practically inedible. The sausage was the one thing that tasted decent. Waffle batter was watery and produced hollow waffles. Gravy was the consistency of chicken broth. Needless to say, we did not finish breakfast and ended up at McDonald's instead. The cleanliness of the breakfast presentation was, for lack of a better word, questionable. I understand that Microtel is a budget choice for hotel stays, but the lack of cleanliness is really inexcusable. We will not be choosing this chain for any stays again.

Nothing unique. We had to change sheets and pillow cases ourselves after getting from front desk. Dirt around edge of floor and chips around bottom of bed. Bad smell in bathroom. We cleaned the aerrator in the sink but couldn’t get it completely clean. We did not shower because of the smell there, at your facility. Front desk offered me to sleep in the other dble bed. My travel companion was sleeping there. So he gave us sheets and pillow cases to change ourselves.

I rented two rooms for my drivers passing through town. They were there for seven days not one day. Did they have hot water in their shower. We brought it to the attention of the people at the front desk. We were told wait a little bit. It’ll get warmer. It never got warmer and it never got hotter.

Okay rooms near the front desk are clean and quiet. I stayed here previously in an unremodeled section of the hotel and the room was terrible and smelly. This time I stayed near the front desk and the room was nice.

My stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and the room was great! Everything was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy! Complimentary breakfast was good with many choices! I recommend staying here!

Nice stay
Room was clean and quiet. We took a walk around the neighborhood. We didn't know how to work the Direct TV and they were so helpful getting us going. The waffle machine was not hot enough to cook the waffles through, but there was sausage, eggs and biscuits plus yogurt and cereal so it was okay.

I was expecting a bottom line property. It was very clean, there were no sloppy or rough edges. The room was small but well appointed. The bathroom, shower and all just seemed to fit. When I go back to Miami, OK for business, which I will be doing, I WILL stay here as opposed to the higher end properties across the street.

It was ok the pool and hot tub were not in good condition. Staff was not the friendliest. The breakfast was not that good. I stayed 2 nights and they did not empty our trash or give us clean towels. The beds were comfortable The room was clean. The wifi connection was not good in our room but we enjoyed the Roku tv.

Good nights sleep!
Beds and pillows were great. Room quiet. Best night sleep in a long time! Pool was good. Breakfast selection excellent. Sorry there wasn’t an elevator but they did offer to help carry up luggage. We would stay there again.
