While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. The unit they moved us to also had a problem so fortunately they had another vacant unit at the same property they could move us into and that unit was fine. I liked the prompt response and solution reached. The only downside was that the property they moved us to was not within walking distance of Little Havana.
