Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the top bunk. ▶ Tampering with the pool equipment is not permitted. Charges may apply. ▶ To maintain comfort and safety, please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is running can result in a fee of up to $500\. We recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F for optimal comfort. ▶ Our apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service. The cleaning fee you pay covers the final cleaning that occurs after your checkout, ensuring everything is perfect for the next guest. ▶ Please respect our policy of no unregistered guests. All visitors must be reported and approved in advance. ▶ Pet Fee: We are happy to accommodate one small pet in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is already included in the rate only for guests who have indicated they are bringing a pet. If you did not mention a pet during your booking and it is discovered that you are staying with one, you will be asked to pay the pet fee. ▶ We have a strict no party policy. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in being asked to leave, and you will not be refunded for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
