You are looking at a new totally remodeled home. Prime Location! The house feels super spacious and accommodates easily two separate families, each on different sections of the house. Beautiful layout, super cozy, private and pristine comfort.

The moment you enter the house you will feel like home away! Everything is new and well appointed. From floors, to walls, to furniture to hypoallergenic mattresses. Sparkling clean, simply a dream come true for your lovely stay in sunny Miami. The house has two separate climate AC units and lovely recessed lights in all rooms.
The property has 4 individual bedrooms, each bedroom has flat smart TVs and free streaming service for your favorite channels, including Disney, Nick and much more.
There is even a nice kids room with a bunk bed and a SONY PS3 Game console with more than 20 games!

Just to make thing even better, we are so centrally located that you can be at your favorite Miami spot in less than 15/20 mins without having to sit in traffic. Highways are just less than a mile away. If you are flying in, you are basically 5 minutes from the Miami International Airport and if you plan to play golf the Golf course is just across the house. If you are coming with your family and it is summer time, you can just grab some towels, cross the street and be in a nice waterpark with the kids soaking up or refreshing from the heat in two minutes walk! Yes, that is correct

Awesome place and fantastic hosts! Definitely recommend!

We were in town for Ultra and it was always easy and quick getting to Ultra. The place is clean and well stocked, and the hosts are amazing! They responded quickly and checked in on us often, they were also flexible with our checkout time which helped us a lot. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time in this centrally located home. Everything was very clean and just as advertised. Just as a suggestion for extra protection, consider switching the lock from a key to a keypad. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great communication!

Amazing House

The house is centrally located to just about anywhere in Miami and within 5 minutes from the airport. All the amenities were just as described and even better. I would highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.

Really Nice!

House was very clean and modern. Four bedrooms and can easily sleep 9 people. Only 5 min from the airport. Owner was prompt to answer questions. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. We would stay here again.

Great Place

The place was great, only thing is the room with the bunk beds isn't a fully enclosed room if that matters to you but there are 3 fully enclosed rooms. The home was cleaned and sanitized, the owners were kind enough to allow us to check in early and drop off luggage early. One of the showers wasn't draining properly but we alerted the owners of this. The home had water bottles refrigerated for us as well as nicely stocked with utensils and pots/pans and other kitchen devices for a nice homey stay. The managers are very kind and made for easy communication. We got a bit tripped up finding the place as in the area there are a lot of streets with the same number but different ending i.e. 17th street/place/terrace/avenue in the same area so when you get the address make sure your gps doesn't autocorrect it.

nice place, near to everything. The neighborhood is soo safe. the house is really good for a family

renting this property is so smooth. there is no problem at all. I didn't regret to rent this place and for sure we will be back in this house if we will be back in miami.

GREAT HOUSE

It was a party of 9 and we all had somewhere to sleep. This house was cleannnnnn clean. It was more than we expected and 2 minutes away from where our yatch was at. Close to all kinds of stores. The iron went out and before we got bk home we had one at the door waiting on us. WE LOVEEEDDDDD THE HOUSE AND THE hospitality
