-Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available.
- Due to façade repairs, starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool
-Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
-Parking Policy: Parking is not included. On-site valet services are available:
° Overnight Valet – $75/day (+$3 gratuity) Includes in-and-out privileges. Payment is required upfront for the entire stay.
° Hourly / Regular Valet – $50 (+$3 gratuity) Standard hourly rate, no in-and-out privileges.
Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved through us for $35/day.
-Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

Great location but how about a shower with running water

We were here for 6 nights. The location was great with nice views! The shower was terrible Very low water pressure and many times extremely hot!! We contacted you and the problem was not really solved! To enter the shower you had to climb over a high wall and that was dangerous and slippery. Also the hallway carpets were filthy and stained. I will be back to Miami but not here.
