They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops. The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!) Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW! I have absolutely no negative comments about our stay - everything was positive so if you’re debating whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed! ##### Julia B.
