The condo was exceptionally clean and the manager stayed in contact with us before, during, and after check in to make sure everything was going well. Reported broken hairdryer but no response either to original report or to leaving a note in the apartment on departure. There are just a lot of rules to the building, the late check in time, no ability to store luggage, owner has to check guest in, which isn’t the owners fault. They were wonderful.
