They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. I can’t say enough good things about this property! The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops. The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!) Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW!
