Pictures are exactly what the place looks like. I loved every bit of the property.My only complaint is the elevators being on the 38th floor, sometimes waited 30 minutes for an elevator. One of the elevators was out.The hotel staff also had to use the same elevators. They didn’t have a specific elevator. That may have been part of the problem, but I don’t think so. Their was dog hair in the sinks. All over the old couch and dirty carpet . It was cleaner to sleep on the balcony. I complained and they stated someone would come cleaned. They never showed. The host expected us to wait and cancelked our plans when they should of had the place cleaned and inspected. I was so disappointed. The name millionaire apartment should be called Hollywood dump with a nice few. We had flea bites too. You should be ashamed of yourselves for destroying peoples vacations with your catfish pictures ! ##### Jessica C. Was very clean, had gorgeous views, though we couldn't get the livingroom tv to connect. Only bedroom tvs. The check out process took an hour for the elevator and the Valet parking to get our car. Then they held my deposit for a whole month before they gave it back. You shouldn't have to pay for valet if u have to wait a long, long time for your car. One woman said she was going to miss her flight because of waiting for the elevator and valet. My friend walked down 732 stairs because the elevator took so long. ##### Magenda J.
