The rental representative was very responsive and helped connect us to the hotel concierge for reservations and activities and was responsive to questions throughout our stay. We especially appreciated them getting us into Mila (popular restaurant) at a time when Open Table did not show availability. We've stayed at 1 Hotel (and the residences) before, so we knew what to expect from the hotel. The hotel staff are extremely hospitable and always happy to assist with any request. From the various bars, restaurants and beach club, all the staff are great hosts, fun to talk to and very accommodating. For a large property, 1 Hotel does a great job of making you feel at home. The room was not ready when we arrived. However, it was only a short wait (15 min) as they finished up with cleaning, and the leasing representative came to welcome us personally. The 1-bedroom unit is on a high floor, on the pool side w/ ocean views and was fresh and nicely appointed. Their cactus/succulent table centerpiece was beautiful!
