This bright, south-facing space features new furnishings, a cozy queen-size bed, and two plush sleeper chairs for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom provide all the comforts of home, while blackout drapes ensure a restful night’s sleep. A custom-built wall unit offers ample storage for luggage and personal items. With restaurants, nightlife, and a gym just steps away, this condo is the perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Miami Beach. The building was built in 1925 and renovated in 2015\.
