It’s proximity to shopping and restaurants complimented our itinerary - allowing us to add more things to do (such as catching a Heat game and going to Klaw).The communication leading up to and upon arrival to Miami was a nice touch. It’s those small yet personal things that matter.Two unfortunate situations prevented me from giving 5 stars for this stay: 1) The toilets wouldn’t flush in the 1st day and the owner seemingly had challenges with getting someone from maintenance. We ended up having to fix the issue ourselves. 2) The unit lacked an iron/ironing board or a steamer. This is a first for us to experience not having either items.In summary, it was a great location with great views and clean, modern accommodations. ##### Semoine B.
