The property overlooks Biscayne Bay and provides guests access to all amenities. Guests will be required to show a government issued ID upon arrival. A host must also be present upon arrival to register you with the building. Amenity passes are available between 9am - 5pm at the front desk. Please consider that guests checking in after 5pm will have to pick up their passes the following day. The lap pool is 40 feet longer than an Olympic size pool, running from one side of the property to the other and measures 205 feet in length. The pool runs parallel to the Miami River, and from certain angles, the water appears to feed into the water below. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept.
