Car Rental: Opt for the flexibility of renting a car to explore beyond Brickell and discover nearby attractions or scenic drives at your own pace. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the lead traveler, photo ID of the primary guest and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Luggage drop off: Luggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8 am to 4 pm for 5$ per luggage. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. 1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee. 2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise. 3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
