However, there were several roaches and bugs. I had to put all my food in the fridge. I was a let down to Find out that the washer and dryer were outside the unit all the way to the back. In addition, another improvement that can be made is to have a broom and a dustpan available so that if messes are made, they can be cleaned up. I did purchase a broom and dustpan and left it in the unit. But this is something that should be in the unit. The neighbors were absolutely fantastic and the communication with the owner was impeccable. ##### Amanda C. BUT ... The air conditioning is soooo noisy that you can't sleep without turning it off (impossible in Miami) or using ear plugs, what we did. The rooms do not have much space to put your stuff (clothes, books, watches, etc), the beds are too soft and sagging when you are 2, the bed light was not plugged when we arrived and it was almost impossible to reach the outlet that was on the floor in a handful of dust behind that huge bed, the coffee machine did not work but the owner was very responsive and we got a new one the next day, there were no tea towels in the kitchen, one of the seats in the sitting area was broken, there were no face cloths in the bathroom and really no space to put our stuff, the drain got clogged so we cleaned it ... To sum it up, it was disappointing considering what we paid for our 4-night stay, and it showed that the owner does not pay attention to the quality, the comfort and the details. ##### David H.
