With one bedroom, two queen beds, and a convertible sofa, it accommodates up to 6 guests. Features include a full kitchen, rain-head jet shower, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with stunning city and bay views. Conveniently located 1.4 miles from Bayside Marketplace and Bayfront Park at The Club at Brickell. The Club at Brickell offers a luxurious stay with complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioned accommodations. Indulge in delicious meals at our on-site restaurant and unwind with a drink at our vibrant bar. For your convenience, private parking is available on-site. Families will appreciate the children\`s playground and the availability of a travel crib upon request. Relax at our poolside, perfect for a refreshing break. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, and kids\` playgrounds are open and available to Airbnb guests. The pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7 am and close at 6 pm. ➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around. I have someone managing the place for me who will be available as needed. American Airlines Arena is 1.7 miles from the apartment, while Vizcaya Museum is 2 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Miami International Airport, 8 miles from The Club at Brickell. Brickell train station is only an 8-minute walk away from the place ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don\`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you\`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can\`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately, some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ There are security cameras in the common area of the building that record at all times. These are solely in control of building management and the host has no authority over them. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. 1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee. 2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise. 3) Dress Code Rule: T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
