Très belle hôtel, et qu’on nous réservons sur le site HOTEL.COM, les petits déjeuners sont compris et on nous demande de payer une certaine somme à l’arrivée. Au final l’hôtel on nous demande de payer tous les petits déjeuners a des prix exorbitant et on nous demande également de payer quatre fois le prix que HOTEL.COM nous avait demandé de payer

Installation très bien!. Prix des restaurants exagérés. 3 Pina Colada 100$ CAN. Trop achalandé en plus des Congrès. Beaucoup trop de monde. À certain moment, odeur de Pot dans la ventilation climatisée dans la chambre.

TLDR: it's a "resort" without any of the perks of high-end resort service. I generally felt like everyone on staff was looking at me like I had two heads. Valet parking is only $10 more than self parking, so definitely opt for valet. No one at the resort will offer to help you carry bags or bring a baggage cart to you; they're fine watching people shlep all their belongings around like vagabonds. Diego (at check in) will play a fun game with you of "how did you get here, where are you from?" where he basically insults you by guessing the tackiest, lowest-class cities in Florida. The room was nice, but pillows smell awful. The water park is pretty good, nothing exceptional. You'll pay insane amounts of money for cups of ice with a splash of Coke or Sprite. Tidal Cove closes at 5pm and its big pool closes at 6pm. On the dot. The vibe here is no-chill, stay-on-schedule. If you try to open your own poolside umbrella you'll be reprimanded. Staff wants to be paid to do it for you (if you can find someone motivated enough to lift a finger). I had to ask 3 employees, "Where can we get towels?" before someone understood these words. Go over your bill and any charges with a card (not to your room) because you will find unauthorized charges. Good luck, have fun. :-/

The property was brand new, modern design, and extremely clean. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. This is a secluded property, perfect for rest, relaxation and luxury!

This is not a family friendly hotel, there is only one pool For adults 18 and over inside the hotel. If you have kids even already between the ages of 13 and 17 you are forced to use the pool inside the water park which is not only for hotel guests but also for anyone who purchase a day at the park. The park is extremely crowded, the lazy river is worse that the expressway at5pm, the pool inside the park extremely crowded. Then the park opens until 6p but at 5p, everything stops including food service, the slides, the lazy river. You are basically forced to leave since nothing works at the time. Then back at the hotel now at 530p with your family, you can’t use the pool and make sure you made reservations ahead for one of their restaurants otherwise you have to look for options outside the hotel. The check in: took 4 hours to get my suite, I was informed then after 4 hrs they have to change my suite to another building because their housekeeping basically sucks, and they have to close the suite , very awkward. For the troubles and delayed checkin , they provided me with an extended 2 hour late check out and resort credit to use during my stay. Although I’m grateful for the gesture it was not worth the 4 hrs waiting for a room and hearing all types of excuses over and over again. Check out: I went to check out 3 times, which is unheard of ! Waiting for resort credit to apply to my account. Nothing works at this place!

Just a really nice overall stay great facilities kept up well. Very nice resort and a great little waterpark and pool for the kids. Prices of course are a bit high at things like the pool bar, but I believe you should expect that going to a nice JW Marriott resort so it’s not unexpected. Staff was all very helpful and nice. Valet was usually busy, but still got your car in a reasonable amount of time. Not exactly a convenient walking distance to all kinds of restaurants however a very short drive will get you to plenty of different dining options and activities. The only complaint that I have is that there is no available icemaker. While they insist on bringing the ice to your room, almost every time we requested it, it was either completely forgotten or it would take 30 minutes or more to get the ice. As you can imagine, trying to have a drink at the end of the night or before you head out the door waiting 30 minutes or not getting the ice at all is unfortunate . That said I would certainly return

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to FLL airport and also close enough to the beach. It is also right across from Aventura mall which is convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious and my kids loved the water park and Starbucks.

We love this hotel and for shure we will be back, the only bad this time was that the shower did not work , it only had hot hot water, I reported it but nobody came. We showered in the bathtub shower but it had no water pressure..:( besides that we love this hotel
