We provide the most luxurious lifestyle, comfort and relaxation to our welcomed guests from all backgrounds. House Rules \-The guest agrees to pay $20 for any Check-in/arrival time after (10 pm) and $50 after midnight (12:00 am). \-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances. \-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee. \-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property.
