Night Club, Gameroom, Hot-Tub. Pool, Tiki Perfect to entertain, this lush estate nestled on an oversized acre lot has a style all its own. Minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, 15 minutes from Downtown and only 25 minutes from both MIA and FLL airports makes this the perfect getaway. Close to all the action yet in a world all its own. Beautiful gardens provide tons of privacy, a sub-tropical oasis sits beside the large heated salt water pool, featuring palms, plumerias, birds of paradise, orchirds, jacuzzi, large tiki hut and a night club! The circular driveway has automatic gate entry behind six foot walls that surround the grounds. Additional features include a sound system, jacuzzi, and large tiki hut, indoor and outdoor bars, indoor and outdoor dining and space to entertain all of your guests in a serene and stylish motif. This home features state of the art kitchen appliances both inside and out. Viking custom fridge (to match kitchen cabinets) an outdoor kitchen decked out with mini fridge and gas grill, perfect for entertaining. 5 bedrooms include both an expansive master and junior master upstairs; downstairs are 3 bedrooms as well as a movie theater that doubles as an additional sleeping space with adjacent full bathroom. An electric and eceletic game room contains both pool and foosball tables as well as a flatscreen tv to catch all the games. Sonos speakers, LED mood lighting and custom artwork fill the entire property offering an unmatched entertaining experience. Guest has access to all of the house, yard and tiki hut with the exception of the tree house, garage and storage-shed. Any gathering in excess of 20 guests needs to be approved in writing and carries an additional charge of $50-$100 per person per day as well as additional staff for cleaning, security and parking. Outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable volume from 11pm - 8am. All Events require permission in writing and carry an additional charge over the amount of agreed on guests. Any filming also requires a permit from the city as well as permission from the host. Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in. No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit. Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. Absolutely no revving the engine and speeding down the street. No outside music/DJ equipment unless with prior written approval. Breaking of any of these rules can be grounds for removal from the property without refund. This is a quiet family neighborhood and please act accordingly. If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host\`s sole determination) in the same destination. After our event went off without a hitch I promised I'd sing it from the rooftops how great this house is for hosting all types of events - private dinner, bbq, pool party, after party, wedding reception, yoga/wellness retreat - all of it! Property is massive, can easily fit 20 cars in the driveway. Has an actual nightclub, lots of covered space outdoors, pool, jacuzzi, tiki hut, a bar inside and out, and loads of space to entertain both inside & out. I could go on and on. There's even a nightclub inside the home which we used after the dinner. A great escape and the perfect house for this type of event. We are locals and will definitely book again. ##### Alena Y. Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Tatiana Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants, Voyage en famille 12 oct. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement I originally booked this property for over 8,000 US dollars , for me and my family of 16 for my sons 10th birthday . On the day we were suppose to check in (a couple hours before) I received a email saying that it was a miscommunication on their end that the house I booked still had another family still there for 3 more days .I cried because I didn’t know what to do then they txt me and said that they can put me in for me of their villa I believe it’s called VILLA PIRILA . It was a mess the lower closet near the downstairs room kept leaking and wouldn’t stop kids were falling , pool was filthy with grass and a lot of pool balls in it smh I have all the pictures too . Bathroom showers still had hair in the drains . There was dead palm leaves everywhere . A sign on the house telling us don’t drink the water (which we weren’t anyway) . This was the worse experience I ever had booking a home . I booked plenty in the pass and they all were how the description described.I feel like I should of at least got a lil money back seeing as tho this house was not 8000 worth we couldn’t use the pool and the theater had bed bugs all the kids are bit up I have pictures of that too ! ##### Tatiana Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jack K. 9 févr. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Exactly what we were looking for Booked this place with family and friends to have a cookout and hang out with a big place that was gated private, secure. Even though it rained half the time had plenty of fun using the game room, movie theater and even used the bar to make drinks. We could still use the grill and the patio while it rained. When I t cleared up later enjoeyed huge hot tub. Was a little dark at night, but I hadn't realized i needed to swithc on outdoor light.s Am going to have to book again so I can use tiki hut!
