This 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and accommodates up to 4 guests. Property offers high-speed wi-fi, TV, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, umbrella and other essential amenities. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the bedroom contains a very comfortable King size bed. A laundry room is available in the building. Decor is fresh and modern and is apartment is located in a safe and secure building just one block from the beach. The building also has an elevator. The building is not the nicest but the unit is updated and well maintained and the kitchen more than sufficient for a vacation week.
