Gorgeous and very spacious apartment in the heart of Brickell. Great bay and city view from the balcony, living and bedroom. Balcony is excellent to relax and enjoy it.  
My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).  
Fabulous place to spent your vacations and enjoy. Easy access to everywhere and great transportation, you can take bus, free trolley, train, free loop train.  
FREE High speed Internet (watch video without interruptions).  
FREE Parking included.

Apartment has great view to bay and city where you can relax and enjoy them. The apartment offers very spacious living and dining area.  
Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer inside the unit.  
Blackout curtains in the bedroom, where you can sleep comfortable. 2 full size beds.  
The rate included one parking garage in the building.  
FREE High speed Internet (watch video without interruptions).  
  
We will provide two keys and one fob per unit, which give an access to all the building's amenities, such us fully equipped gym, great two pools, Jacuzzi, game room and Spa. Super fast Wifi and cable available in the unit. 24 hours front desk and security as well.  
  
ID's requires before the check in to register at the condo.

Getting to know the neighborhood  
  
Miami's busy hub is Downtown/Brickell, which is home to gleaming skyscrapers, panoramic views of the bay, and secret locations to discover. Thanks to trendy new hotels like EAST, Miami, SLS Lux Brickell, and W Miami, visitors are choosing to stay here more frequently than at the beach. A new breed of connected Millennial business travelers are drawn to international food and contemporary art displays.  
Brickell is particularly enticing to a sophisticated, international clientele due to the proliferation of newly constructed condominiums, fashionable new bars and restaurants, business prospects, and the almost ideal weather. The highest concentration of foreign banks in the United States are located in Brickell, sometimes known as the "Manhattan of the South.” and home to Miami's top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.  
  
Getting around  
Stay nine miles from Miami International Airport. Take advantage of nearby public transit; Brickell is one of the most connected neighborhoods in Miami thanks to Metromover, a free people-mover system that covers a four-mile loop downtown.

Brickell A/SE 10 S » Access to downtown Miami, Jungle Island, South Beach, Miami Beach.  
Miami Metrorail, Brickell Station » Access to Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, Alice Wainwright Park, Coconut Grove.  
For guests with their own car we offer a free 24/7 parking place (one car) inside the building.  
There is a Valet downstairs for a moderate fee.  
  
We are only 5 blocks to Brickell City Centre for shopping and also to the Miami Metrorail Orange Line.

Very nice unit in a clean building. Short walk to the convention center at the Hyatt, where my convention was being held. The process of getting a copy of my photo ID to the team in advance was cumbersome. This is a problem with VRBO rather than the host, VRBO should have a function to allow attachments in messages, including photos.

The apartment was very nice and clean. It was in walking distance to Pier 5, stores, trolley, and paths along the bay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. You will NOT be disappointed.

Apartment has lots of room and very clean. Easy to take the train from the airport to the building. Host was very responsive to messages and the check-in process was very easy and straight forward. Would stay here again
