Dont expect them to be friendly. Your just a torn in there side and the quicker you leave the happier they are. The property is crap. Minimum upkeep going on around the building. The apartment and room are not bad they were pretty clean. The bathroom sink was gross. Someone with no home training treated it like a dumpster. The bath tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. After seeing the property left and made other arrangements. You only rent a bed here other people you don't know stay in same room with you.
