The "Grove" packs in a whole lot of charm, history and culture into a relatively little area along Biscayne Bay. Mixed in with the bohemian bungalows, independent book shops and locally owned cafes. CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 10-minute drive.

Spacious living area featuring ample seating and plenty of room to relax, complete with a TV and an open flow into the formal dining area. A second seating area leads to the master suite — a perfect spot for morning coffee while overlooking the pool.

A beautifully designed yard featuring multiple seating areas, a built-in BBQ grill with a dining space, a non-heated pool, and full fencing for complete privacy.

No pets allowed

★ PARKING:
There is parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Package delivery to the door; guests are responsible for package retrieval and lost packages.

★ PROVISIONS:
Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.

★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

★ SAFETY:
We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.

★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

★ OBSERVATIONS:
Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:
Enjoy the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Guest Access:
PLEASE NOTE:

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

Nestled along the shoreline of Biscayne Bay, Coconut Grove is an upscale, leafy neighborhood known for its relaxed sidewalk cafés and stylish boutiques surrounding the CocoWalk mall. The area boasts several lush green spaces, including the bayfront Barnacle Historic State Park — home to a serene mangrove forest — and the iconic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, centered around a grand Italian-style villa.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car as a good way to get around or uber as an alternative.
