The Space:

This spacious apartment features two full bedrooms plus an enclosed third bedroom, accommodating up to 6 adults and 3 children (see house rules). Its scale and layout make it well suited for families, group travel, and extended stays.



The main living area is open and light-filled, framed by large windows that bring in bay breezes and expansive water views. Designed for both gathering and downtime, the space flows naturally toward the large private balcony, where guests can enjoy open views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, and passing boats — ideal for morning coffee or sunset moments above the water.



Two of the bedrooms serve as serene primary retreats, each furnished with a king bed, TV, and either direct balcony access or striking bay views. The enclosed third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, providing comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements.



The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for easy meals at home—whether preparing a relaxed breakfast or dining in after a day out.



Storage is generous throughout the apartment, including a walk-in closet, supporting longer or multi-guest stays with ease.

The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Getting Around:

Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.



PARKING RULES

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
