Nous avions réservé un hôtel "Pet friendly" comme indiqué sur le site hôtel.com et comme indiqué sur le site Extended Stay America, et nous avions envoyé un message pour indiqué que nous avions un chien avec nous lors de notre réservation. à notre arrivée lors du Check-in il nous a été indiqué que les chiens n'étaient pas accepté, finalement après 5 minutes d'explication c'était possible. La chambre était bien, mais bruyante avec l'autoroute à proximité et humide la buée s'accumulant sur les fenêtres. Si la chambre est propre, c'est pas le cas des espaces communs, des perles plastiques étaient sur le sol dans l'ascenseur et sont restées les 4 jours de notre séjour, des cotons-tiges, mouchoirs et même façade de placard dans les escaliers et sur le parking les déchets sont partout s'envolant des poubelles pleines ou des voitures...Tout ceci donne un sentiment d'insécurité en période de Covid. Cet hôtel parait neuf sa gestion donne un sentiment d'abandon.

Staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Javier is the best! Also have a younger man for the evening shifts and he’s just as awesome. Convenient location with a ton of food options to walk too. South beach is a quick 15 minute Uber or Lyft. Affordable hotel as well.

Convenient location but horrible overall hotel. Smells really bad in halls and the rooms, found hair in multiple places that clearly indicate the room was not well cleaned, the cars passing on the highway outside are loud, the doors closing from the rooms next door are loud and I could even hear their showers. I could also hear people simply walking in the room above mine as well. Would never come back and don’t recommend. It was a slightly cheaper option than more reputable hotels, but not worth the inconvenience of everything mentioned above.

It was quiet, the room was clean. The bed sheet had some stains but it could have just been residual. The staff were very helpful, but some guest insisted on smoking in the hallway and stairs. Overall, it’s a good place to stay and affordable. I will stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and you had the option to cook so that was convenient if you want to save money. I was expecting a bigger breakfast selection but it was okay for on the go options.

Dear reader, I have been reading different comments about the hotel prior to my booking people going negative about the breakfast. To be honest if you like to stay like a Queen, Novotel is just across the road, if you can only afford America Premier Suites just be happy for what you have got. To me this hotel is very much a British Premier Inn style hotel which is lower quality to Hilton or Hyatt but what you need a clean bed, shower and location you will have it all. To me this hotel was perfect for my stay technically six months ago I stayed in Novotel just across the road and I was as happy here as over on the other side of the road. I had everything on the cornet, CVS, Publix, Monorail literally Brickell is like so near &easy to get to. I am already thinking of making another booking and this hotel will be my first choice as I have Calle Ocho and all the shops parking everything, and once a week cleaning does not bother me as I clean my own house once a week too but I am a clean as I go guy so have no issue taking the garbage out. Also clean towels are available so I could have them changed like every other day if needed. Staff was nice and helpful, nertheless I liked my inn style accommodation. And I will not hesitate to make another booking in the future at all. I am thankful for this place, I am obsessed with Miami anyways, & Liked that they have had night security and laundry and all that is needed so I am grateful to God for this stay. Bless you all.

The location is good, close to the train station and to the convenient store across the street. This hotel has no shuttle service to the port.. Although my stay here was only for the night to tour miami, it was easy to get to from south beach...the area looked safe, people is seen walking during the night and day. I had a great view from my room window...The staff was nice. The breakfast was only grab to go items like individually wrapped muffins...it would be nice to incorporate fruits.

We were very happy with our stay at Extended Stay 2/12/24-2/19/24. It is very convenient to shopping ,grocery ,banks,ect I just have a few suggestions . When I arrived there were a lot of boxes behind the front desk and only one bench to sit on while waiting to check in and if you were early the wait could be a long time with no place to sit. Anyways for a moment I thought what are we doing here. However after we settled in everything was quite comfortable . Lobby could use some plants as it is Miami and would make people more comfortable. The only other thing is we had to refresh our key everyday to the point when we returned to the hotel we would do that before we went upstairs. Maybe they need a new card machine . Other than minor things its great no frills -save $ place. Will stay next year for our next convention w
