Diving here is great. The condo is clean and comfortable and in what seemed to be a safe area. The beach here is great, lots to see. We are divers and this was the first we had the chance to go diving in Miami. The diving is great, with 70 to 80-foot visibility and a nice artificial reef program with lots of wrecks. The Gulf Stream is whipping here so you do have to be comfortable with diving in a current but the boat captain and crew will help with that. Great trip. ##### Alan C. Jul 14, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy My family and I stayed here to enjoy Miami for a few nights before a cruise to the Bahamas. I highly recommend this place! It was a perfect place in a perfect location for an (almost) perfect price. We loved it because it was close to the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach but we prefer to be a bit outside those kinds of areas for a quieter, more chill vibe. This place is exactly that. Super easy walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shops. There is a free trolley to get you around the area and this condo comes with free parking. The place was clean and had a lovely view. You pay a little extra for the extra space and bathroom. I did not like that the listing said it sleeps 6 but then charged extra for more than 3 people. It's just another way these places nickel and dime you which is just one of my personal pet peeves. The location was great and beds were comfortable. tere were lots of bath towels and even some for the beach, which was appreciated.
