Personnel de l’accueil serviable mais sans plus. Tout s’est plus ou moins bien passé sauf les deux derniers jours pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel très désagréable autant dans les paroles que dans les gestes. L’avant dernier jour, après 30mn d’attente et voyant des gens extérieurs à l’hôtel nous passer devant sans raison, nous avons déjeuné ailleurs en payant. Le lendemain on nous à remis le petit déjeuner dans un sac en carton à emporter (alors que l’on avait toujours mangé sur place les 3 premiers jours) en nous disant que l’on ne pouvait pas manger dans la salle. On nous a traité comme des M…. À réfléchir pour un prochain séjour…

Bel hôtel Art Deco très très bien situé, bruyant mais normal vu sa situation sur Collins Av. Petit verre d accueil et petit déjeuner excellent. Grande chambre confortable et propre sauf peut-être une petite odeur de pieds dûe certainement à la moquette. Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

emplacement idéal, personnel sympathique et professionnel. Chambre vieillissante et trop petite pour 4 idem pour la salle de douche. Vieille moquette sale... Attention, il y a des frais supplémentaires de 28 dollars par jour, soit pour 7 nuits 200 dollars !! Pas de frigo dans les chambres et nous n’avons jamais de café ni thé la journée dans les espaces communs sauf pour le petit-déjeuner.

Bon hotel
C'est un bon hôtel très proche de Ocean Dr mais ne pensez surtout pas aller vous baignez dans la piscine car c'est plus un bac a poisson qu'une piscine. De plus il est marque que vous bénéficiez de la piscine de l’établissement partenaire sauf que c'est l’hôtel Clevender et qu'il est réservé aux adultes tellement il y a de l'alcool a profusion ..... alors avec des enfants ou des jeunes de moins de 21 ans n'y comptez même pas tellement il y a de Body garde a l’entrée pour contrôler votre identité. Si non l'hotel est propre, l'accueil a été très agréable sur nos deux nuits et nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue mais nous n'avons pas été réveillé par les voitures. Un conseil si vous venez en voiture, l’hôtel a un valet parking a 40 dollars, l’hôtel est situe sur la 10Th Street et si vous allez sur la 13Th Street vous trouverez a votre gauche (vers ocean drive) un très grand parking public a 20 dollars les 24 heures. vous en aurez ensuite pour 3/5 minutes pour revenir a l’hôtel.

2 nuits a l’Essex House. Cet hôtel est dans un piteux état et les chambres sont sales. La piscine est microscopique, le petit déjeuner basique et les parties communes peu engageantes. Le service est acceptable - le personnel fait un effort pour être aimable. A éviter à tout prix sauf si à la recherche d’une expérience « hôtel de jeunesse ».

Bel hotel à côté de south beach. 3 personnes super sympa groom et front desk et 2 autres moins. Chambre bruyante car à côté d'une salle du personnel et on a du demander à chaque fois pour qu'on nettoye notre chambre. On a dû demander également 2 fois du gel douche au front desk.

The Essex Hotel was clean and the rooms were nice, the staff was nice but it needs some noise insulation. We were able to hear conversations from the rooms next to us and walking from the room above us. It is a party hotel so if you are not out until 3-4am I would not recommend it otherwise it is the place to be.

There is one ice machine in the building and it was frequently empty. The front desk does bring up a bucket if you call down. Also, my TV did not work the entire time. I reported it to the front desk twice but no one came to check on the issue and/or repair it. Over all, nice area in walking distance to the beach and other hot spots. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly

The room conditions were old and rusted. Front desk was helpful. They have to come turn the tv on the operate it everytime it’s turned off. Valet took forever to bring car. It’s very close to everything that’s the best thing about it

They double charged my credit card for “ taxes and fees”. Was already charged for that for the hotel via Expedia. Expedia told me to call the hotel. The hotel told me to call Expedia. No one sees to care. Hotel rate was $400 for two nights.
