Flooring missing in every room. So when you walk across it the flooring slides. Moulding and doors missing. It is a dive. TV did not work in 3 of 4 rooms for entire stay except last night one of them was fixed. Was not enough linens for all beds. When I first got there with my daughters service was great when we got to the unit it was breathtakingly beautiful but you could tell it had not been cleaned there were hairs on all of the pillows, in the bathroom on the floor in the shower everywhere the walls were not clean boogers were on the bunk bed. I would definitely stay at the facility again just not that unit. The view was beautiful the people in the lobby were very helpful I will give it a 4+ for the whole stay experience. ##### Monique S.
